STEP 1 :: The Analysis

Successful web sites begin with proper planning. We always start with a consultation to analyze your unique needs. The first phone consultation is a very important step in creating your ideal web site solution. In this step, we will gather general information about your organization and discuss an overview of your project.

STEP 2 :: The Proposal

After reviewing your project specifications, we develop a detailed proposal. This proposal contains a description of work, our suggestions and recommendations, details that you will want to be aware of - and of course, the estimated investment costs. STEP 3 :: The Contract

Once you have reviewed your proposal, we will submit a Web Site Development Contract. This contract should be signed and returned to us with your deposit in order for us to begin your project. This Contract will provide the guidelines for our working relationship and includes information about our 100% Money-Back Guarantee .

STEP 4 :: The Review

Once we have received your Contract and deposit, we are almost ready to get started. First, we will go over the details of your project one more time to make sure that we are including everything and have considered all of your design and development preferences. This consultation can be completed via phone or email.

STEP 5 :: The Mockup

Now the fun begins! We will work with you to create your perfect design concept. We will design a beautifully crafted PhotoShop mockup that displays the overall layout and style of your web site. Once you have approved the design concept, we will submit a Web Design Approval Form for your signature.

STEP 6 :: The Hosting Server and Domain

At this point in the process, you will want to think about setting up your web site hosting and domain accounts if you have not done so already. We do offer several hosting packages to suit your needs. However, you are free to use any web host and/or domain registrar that you choose as long as the hosting package offer the appropriate features to allow your web site to properly function (such as a Unix server with PHP and MySQL for websites that require database functions, e-commerce or content management systems).

STEP 7 :: The Content

Once your mockup is approved, you will need to submit any textual content, logos, photos or other materials that you would like us to use in your web site. All materials should be provided in electronic format unless otherwise agreed to by both parties.

STEP 8 :: The Coding and Programming

Every web site we design is properly coded to display correctly across various platforms and browsers. We adhere to the most recent web standards in order to ensure that the web site not only functions properly, but is also search engine ready.

STEP 9 :: The Testing

In order to ensure that we are delivering the best possible web site, we first submit it to a rigorous testing process to ensure that it holds up to our high standards. This process involves code validation, browser compatibility checks, platform compatibility checks, load time checks and various other procedures.

STEP 10 :: The Review

At the end of the web site development process, you will be given the opportunity to review the final web site in its entirety to ensure that it meets with your complete satisfaction. Upon completion of this review, you will submit a final list of changes and/or corrections (if any) and we will complete those revisions in a timely manner.

STEP 11 :: The Web Site Launch

When we have successfully completed your web site, we will activate it on your hosting server and submit it to several search engines.
